You are billed every other month.
Yes. All major cards accepted.

The Village no longer registers people to vote at Village Hall. Residents may register to vote online. 

Yes. Costs vary depending on the type of vehicle. A standard passenger vehicle vehicle sticker fee is $35.00. Senior citizen discount available. Original purchase must be made in-person. Renewals can be made on-line from our homepage.
Yes. Current rabies vaccination information is required upon licensing.
All businesses must be licensed. The licensing process begins by making application to the Village Clerk. The application can be downloaded from this site or obtained at Village Hall.

No. However you are required to obtain a certificate of compliance through the Department of Public Health and Safety.

Day parking permits are to be purchased at the Village Clerk’s office for thirty-five dollars ($35.00) per month or one hundred dollars ($100.00) for three months.

Night parking permits are to be purchased at the Village Clerk’s office for forty dollars ($40.00) per month or one hundred fifteen dollars ($115.00) for a three-month period.

A combination day and night permit, commonly referred to as a 24-hour parking permit, is to be purchased at the Village Clerk’s office for sixty-five dollars ($65.00) per month or one hundred eighty-five dollars ($185.00) for a three-month period.

Display of Permits: Parking permits are to be displayed in the lower right rear window. Municipal Parking permits are for Forest Park residents only. You must have a current Forest Park Vehicle Sticker in order to obtain a Municipal Parking Permit.
